Reality doesn’t equal truth

What is the tape that you play over and over in your head that contributes to your truth is not reality, but frames your perception of your reality. There are times I tell myself that I am not worthy, that I do not deserve good things, that I am not a good person, and that many things are my fault. The thoughts that you have are part of the emotions that lead to the perception of your truth about who you are and your story of reality. Oft times we are so critical of ourselves and we have to let that shit go. It’s not your fault, it’s part of the human condition. Every person has their own perception of what is real, however it is just that a perception, belief, emotion, or idea of what is real and does not equate to truth. The blue pill or the red pill, now we enter the matrix. Being mindful can help us to realize what is going on around us so that we slow down with meditation, mantras, understanding, and acceptance. These practices can help in letting go of our current perceptions of religion, politics, social media, marketing and art which is all part of the matrix that we call truth
